Welcome to the official website of the Zambia Institute of Banking & Financial Services (ZIBFS). We trust that you will find the information here both insightful and useful.

Established in 1992, ZIBFS is an independent training institute specialising in banking, financial services and business-related courses. Our student management system gives members online access to membership and examination registration, examination results, payments and discussion forums.

The Institute offers a diverse range of industry-relevant programmes: the Certificate and Diploma in Banking & Finance; the Certified Credit Professional, Bank Branch Management, Collections and Recoveries and Customer Service certification programmes; the Professional and Advanced Professional Diplomas in Banking & Financial Services; and Postgraduate Certificates in Retail Banking and Risk Management. Enrolment is open throughout the year.

We also run technical and skills training for continuing professional development (CPD) for institutions across the financial sector.
